Spirit Power: This is your basic stamina and also your fortitude or ‘health’ as it were. It also directly effects spirit based energy attacks such as Cero or Ichigos Getsuga Tensho.
Fighting Skill: This your skill with your chosen fighting style and also your ability to attack and defend against opponents.
Speed: This determines the speed of your character in general and also the deftness of your strikes and parries.
