His eyes are black colored, sometimes though can appear brown for some strange reason, probably because of the spirtual energy that had mutated in his eyes.
He possesses strange anatomy different from humans. He has bones which are encased in reiatsu as well as blood that is rich in spirit energy. His heart also is not red strangely enough it is yellowish, as well as some of his other organs.
His skin is tan, but appears causacasian even though sporting a japanese style name, which is because he was shipped to the japanese base due to crowding in the U.S. and other countries.

Ringan was affilated with the mysterious organization the Agency at birth. The Agency are people who hunt down and kill spirtual beings, and were once also human. They use spirtual experiments to transform human cells to spirtually altered ones that affect the anatomy of a human as well as their genes, making them able to pass on those genes to their offspring.
Ringan was born of two pureblooded Enigmas. Enigmas are the products of the experiment and are also the only type of being in the agency. They are products of a hate for all spirtual beings and are used like an army to kill them off the earth. They are known for their stealth, power and knowledge and are also a well kept secret. Exposure to humans is forbidden and anyone who is caught is killed on site.
Ringan was sent to japan when he was a child, mentally tested and expermented on at a young age. Physical tests came later once he reached his teenage years. These tests killed off many others, and each one is equally as hard as the last if not more hard. If you past 10 these tests you are free, and gain the lowest rank. Ringan was named project after his tests, the first rank of the Agency. Having no one to guide him the world, has left him with a dark personality and he rarely ever talks unless spoken to. He has seen much bloodshed which has prepared him to kill his targets, without very much emotion.
Ringan is now sent all over the world and is watched on, everywhere. He is staged in Japan for simple operations and will undergo them, when he is giving an order or a contract to do so. His story has just begun.
